Data Deletion Request

Task Tally, developed by Ascension Labs, respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request that your account and associated data be deleted.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@gettasktally.com
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - Task Tally
- Include the following in the body of your email:
- The email address associated with your Task Tally account
- Whether you want to delete your full account or only specific data (e.g., a child profile)
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
You do not need to provide any additional personal information beyond your account email address to submit a deletion request.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a full account deletion request, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

| Chore photo proof images | Permanently deleted from storage | Within 30 days |
| Push notification device tokens | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Subscription status and billing period records | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
What May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, some non-personal information may be retained after account deletion:

Deleting Only a Child Profile
If you want to remove a specific child's profile without deleting your parent account, you can do so directly within the app under Children → [Child Name] → Delete Profile. This immediately removes all data associated with that child's profile. Alternatively, you may include this request in your email and we will process it within 30 days.
